Recent Wins
We believe in strengthening families and building up our community through practical acts of care. Over the past three years, we’ve had the opportunity to host and partner in several events that touched the lives of local families:
Give a Gobble Thanksgiving Outreach
We have been able to bless over 100 families with a Thanksgiving box filled with holiday essentials. Through a partnership with the Salvation Army, every family also received a gift card to help meet additional needs during the season.
Christmas Angel Tree Program
Teaming up with the Salvation Army, we participated in the Angel Tree Giveaway, helping provide gifts and support to children and families during the holidays.
Back-to-School Event
At a local elementary school, we provided 20 families and 43 children with a lunch bag, water bottle, and a brand-new pair of sneakers, helping students start the school year with confidence.

What should I bring to a Yoga and Breathwork Meditation class?
Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat are all you need. We provide additional props like blocks and straps to support your practice.
What is included in a Zen Retreat?
Our retreats include accommodations, all meals, and a full schedule of activities centered around meditation, yoga, and mindfulness.
